The Drake University cross country teams will travel to Minnesota to compete in one of the biggest meets in the country at the 29th Roy Griak Invitational, hosted by the University of Minnesota on Saturday, Sept. 27.
The Drake University cross country teams return to the course on Friday evening to compete in the Viking Invitational at Ewing Park. The women's 5-kilometer race is scheduled to start at 5 p.m., followed by the men's 8-kilometer race at 5:45 p.m.

The Drake University men's cross country team took top honors at Friday's Oz Memorial thanks to Brogan Austin's (Boone, Iowa) first-place finish in the 6-kilometer race to help the Bulldogs defeat host Minnesota, UNI and South Dakota State.
